Christmas Eve

I'm up early and heading off to the hairdressers, before meeting up with friends for a festive lunch, no champagne for me though as I will be collecting my daughter from the airport in the afternoon. I can't wait to see her. That is my santa pressie, having my daughter at home for 2 weeks.

All the work is complete, the shopping done and the food as pre prepared as it can be. the Christmas cake has been iced and decorated, the presents all wrapped. So today is for relaxing and enjoying. I love Christmas Eve. I'll be quaffing a lovely bottle of wine sent to me from Chile by a blog follower this evening as I lay out the gifts under the tree. I'll drink a toast to y'all

Good Morning

Well last day of work before the Christmas break. I'm hoping to get finished early but it will depend on the two afternoon appointments I have. I'll be foot tapping if they go over time. I'm off till the 5th of Jan. A nice long break this year and I've used the last of my holidays to facilitate that.

Good Morning

Brr it is still very cold up here and the roads look very bad so if you have to drive please be careful. I'm glad I can walk to work. The wellies have never been worked so hard as they have been over the last few weeks. I should take a picture of me in them. not so sexy stockings lady, which is why I take shoes with me. :)

2 videos today

1 with me getting dressed to go out on Friday and of course this mornings. I had a wonderful time on my night out and came home exhausted but happy. I was wearing a black and pink bustier, black panties, black lace top hold ups in 30d (I bought these in Germany) 6" heeled black patent leather Maryjanes, a black dress with net overskirt with little embroidered gold flowers and a short bolero type cardigan which spent most of the evening on the back of my chair but I was glad of it while waiting on a taxi.

Friday Seams

Well y'all it's 'seamsday' and the weekend starts here. Whoo hoo, tonight I'm off out on my works Christmas night out. A nice meal then a Ceilidh so I'll be wearing my dancing shoes :). I did Scottish Country Dancing as a child, every Tuesday evening. I only went to get out of the house after curfew time and for the free juice and biscuits at break time but it has been a skill that has served me well over the years. So I'll be on the floor dancing the dashing white sergeant and birling to an eightsome reel with the best of them. I'll do a video of me getting dressed to go out and if I have time I'll upload it tonight before I leave.

Morning stockings Fans

Thursday already eh? It's very dark this morning must be approaching the shortest day eh? When is that? The 21st or 22nd ? Anyway it's harder getting up in the dark, doesn't seem natural to be leaving the warmth and comfort of ones bed when it still feels like the middle of the night. Oh well needs must when Santa is looking to be paid.

On a cold and Frosty morning

Do y'all still look for frozen spiders webs in this weather? I do. Can't help myself. They are so pretty when they are like that. I'm expecting to see a lot today as everything is covered in Jack Frosts work.

Today I'm wearing pink bra and panties, pink slip, herring bone hold ups with a pretty silky cream welt, brown knee high leather boots, brown patterned wrap-over dress in jersey knit so it's quite a warm dress. I have a cream cardigan in my bag in case it is cold again in my office. Yesterday I had to moan at the maintenance guy to turn the heating up a few notches. What is it about office heating? It's either too cold or too warm never a happy medium. I suppose it is to keep us from being too comfy, cosy and nodding off ;) Fat chance.

Good morning

Y'all back to normal today. The snow has cleared and the schools have reopened. I think even the wee fellow is glad to be getting back to our normal routine. Well he didn't groan too loudly when I called him this morning. :)

Brandenburg Gate

A very popular attraction in berlin and it was very busy. Perfect for a little bit of flashing before moving on to catch the bus. We could have walked to the Reichstag but in this weather why bother when there is a warm bus waiting to take you. I'm sure it is a beautiful walk in summer.

Saturday Night in Berlin

Getting ready to head out for a meal and the theatre. Off to see a little of the burlesque Berlin is reknowned for. You've all seen these undies before so I'll not bore you with the details. I will say though that the shoes came with me in a little red velvet bag as I had no intention of clumping around a club in boots.




Berlin is such a sexy city and this may have been my first visit but it certainly won't be the last.

City Bus Tour

Saturday and the weather is bright and dry but oh my goodness it was cold. Perfect for the city bus tour. We just jumped on and off the bus. Keeping on the move helped keep us warm.

I'm wearing my brown opaque stockings here with a white six strap suspender belt. The one with the pretty roses on the front panel. Knee high tan leather high heeled boots. I had non slip soles and tips put on them before we left so they were perfect for the snow. I also had on a pair of cosy socks under them. :)

In the distance here you can see the Reichstag. This was in front of the Brandenburg gate as we headed back to catch the bus. I got some pictures in front of the gate too. I'll upload them to fotki later today.

And freezing to bring y'all a few candid shots. My poor thighs turned blue which clashed terribly with my grey herring bone hold ups. So just took a few and dashed off for some Glühwein. Berlin is a beautiful city in the winter and they really love Christmas. With all sorts of Christmas images, shows, trees, decorations and markets. I had a wonderful time there.

This is my new red wool coat. I bought it especially for my trip.

It looked really bright and festive and it was warm which was a real boon in the -10 temps. Of course I have piles of clothes on underneath it.

I'm off for the rest of the week and hoped to do some final Christmas shopping. However with the schools being closed it seems I'll be spending time with my baby instead. So there will probably not be the privacy or time to do any videos. I do have plenty of shots from Berlin to show y'all so I'm sure you won't feel too hard done by :)

I hope y'all enjoy these candid shots. I enjoyed the naughtiness of taking them with so many tourists around. It was a blast.

Happy St Andrews Day

Good morning y'all today is our (Scotland) patron saints day. So it'll be tartan everywhere and haggis for tea. I'm not wearing tartan as you'll see from the video. However I will be attending a special lunch today, with a pensioners group, to celebrate so I do have a tartan sash to wear.

Well the snow is falling fast and furious again so there doesn't look like there will be any reprieve just yet. So the wellies will be coming to work with me again. Was singing the Billy Connolly ditty all day yesterday..."If it wizney for yer wellies where would you be? You'd be in the hospital or infirmary.."

good morning y'all. Friday again eh? I've been so busy this week it's a relief to find it is Friday at last. Another weekend to relax and get refreshed.

Running late

This morning because I slept in. Which is very unusual for me as I'm generally a very early riser. I may have to start using an alarm clock. I'm almost an hour later rising this morning than normal so it has been a bit of a rush to get this done for y'all.

Monday again

And it looks very cold out there this morning. So I'm dressing in warm winter tweeds this morning. I'm pretty much in the office all of today so that'll keep me from freezing.

Early Start

this morning so I can let the removal men into the office. I have a feeling it is going to be pandemonium today. Thank goodness I finish at 12.30.

Today I'm wearing my favourite purples. The stockings I'm wearing are supposed to be hold ups but I felt they were going to be a problem so slipped a suspender belt on. Bought them from Hong Kong and they are supposed to be one size but they are very small. I can't imagine them fitting anyone much taller or heavier than me.

Busy,busy

today, we are swapping offices with our finance team and have to get all our files downsized. So I'll be doing grunt work today. Well my own files are already cleared out but some of the others are struggling so it's all hands on deck today. Still I'll get to nosey through other peoples systems so there are always compensations if you look for them.

Good Morning

Half way through the working week and already my thoughts are turning towards the weekend. I don't know about y'all but I seem to be wishing my life away these days. Wish it was the weekend, wish it was my holiday week, wish it was Christmas. I suppose that also means I have things to look forward to so that's not so bad.

Today I'm in a training session on our new computer system. That means a nice easy day for me really so I'm not complaining. I'm pretty much up to date with my admin anyway so as soon as the course is finished I can go home instead of rushing back to my desk.

Are you well rested from the weekend? I am. I appreciated not doing any painting this weekend. I had a very refreshing weekend and did little in the way of housework. A little rest before starting on my kitchen. Though thankfully there won't be any major changes just a fresh coat of paint on the woodwork and ceiling. I've already made the curtains and blind so it should be an easy one. A womans work eh? :)

Makes me glad I'm stuck in the office today, paperwork never looked so appealing before :) It's dried up enough for my walk to work but I doubt it'll stay dry. Yes! I do hope y'all aren't bored with boots yet. I love boots personally and have quite a few pairs, which will no doubt all be showcased a some point through these dark winter days.

Off to Edinburgh this evening so I'm finishing early today .I have a little flexi-time to use so thought I would get an early start to my journey. Can you believe

that those daft Whitehall chaps were considering not putting the clocks back? that's ok for those living south of the Watford gap but for us in the far frozen north it would mean never seeing daylight.Bad enough as it is.

Did y'all get involved with Guy Fawkes night? That man had the right idea eh? Ooops best be careful or I'll have MI5 breaking down my door and carting me off. :) I do enjoy a good fireworks display. I must admit I miss being a youngster and spending weeks gathering combustibles for our bonfire, another down side to growing up eh? Hooray for Friday

Well here we are at the weekend once again. Do y'all have lovely plans for relaxing this weekend? I have a busy one ahead. Tonight I'm invited out to tea at a friends house, tomorrow afternoon the football then Saturday night and most of Sunday will be spent re decorating my bathroom now the new tiles are in situ. Just a matter of painting the ceiling and woodwork and laying the flooring. I'm rather handy with a paintbrush but I've never laid flooring before so this will be a challenge for me. Today, as I'm an early finish I'll be heading up to B&Q to fetch the necessaries.

Pink Skies

Are so pretty in the morning but a forewarning according to old wives tales. So I'll pack my raincoat and umbrella just in case. I have to take my car along to get my tyres checked and purchase new ones where needed. Need to be ready for the poor road conditions that are looming. So I'll do that before heading down to work.

Almost the end of the week and what a busy week it has been for me. I'll be glad when the weekend comes along. Mind you it won't be an easy one as I intend to paint my bathroom. Ah a womans work is never done :)

Good Morning y'all

Well it is starting out dry but I don't trust the weather so I'll be packing an umbrella and wearing my raincoat. I'm out and about this morning so if it will just stay dry till lunch time I'll be a happy bunny.

Wild and Wet

No not me I'm only like that at the weekend :) There seems to be a lot of flooding in the area so no doubt I'm going to be very busy today. I'm duty officer today and no doubt the phones will be ringing off the hook. Still that means being in the office all day will swish past and it'll be home time before I know it.

Officially Winter

Yet the sun is streaming in the bedroom. Not that I'm fooled by that I just know it is going to be very cold. Still it is a beautiful morning, and the sky looks wonderful with the watery sunshine making everything look golden and bright. I will really enjoy the walk to work today and hey wonder of wonders I'm out and about today. This kind of weather gladdens the heart no end.

Been a long busy week for me so I'm glad it's Friday at last. I've decided to dress up a little as I'm going to 'The house for an art lover' in Belahouston park for lunch with some friends. We'll have a little wander around the exhibits before making pigs of ourselves in the wonderful Art lovers Café

Thursday

And the working week is almost over. It's been a very busy week for me and I'm looking forward to the weekend more than usual. We ha a few people off work this week what with holidays and sick leave so it's been all hands on deck, I'll be glad to see this week out.

I was looking at the questions y'all have sent me and there are some very interesting ones. Maybe next month I should turn the tables and ask you lot a few questions. :)I'll work on getting the answers down tonight and post it tomorrow afternoon.

Wednesday

It's a bright and frosty morning and I'm dressed to suit how cold it looks out there. layers of clothng to trap in the heat. I'm out and about today so it's better to be warmly wrapped up than fashionable and freezing.

Good morning y'all

Well the lovely bright sunshine of yesterday has made way for rain which is more what we are used to for this time of year. Raincoat weather indeed.

Today I'm wearing black lace panties, black plunge bra, soft touch hold ups in 10d there is no elastic on these hold ups just tight ribbing to hold them in place. brown skirt, beige jumper and high heeled brown shoes.

I'm a little nervous of these hold ups so I am going to pop a suspender belt in my bag and if they start to slip I can solve the problem.

Monday

A cold and frosty morning, dry though so that is something eh? I love cold , dry morning like this one. I just hope there isn't a neat pile of leaves somewhere or I'll be tempted to kick through them. :) I'll be on the look out for some super frozen spiders webs too, on my walk to work.
