I'm so glad it's Friday, seemed like a long busy week. Got loads done in work right enough and am bang up to date with my paper work. Even though I finish half day on a Friday I'm glad I have very little to do this morning. Let's just hope no wee emergency crops up which makes me have to actually work.

Morning Y'all

I had terrible trouble sleeping last night is was so warm. We aren't supposed to be experiencing weather like that here in Scotland. I mean really it is almost the end of September we should be putting on our central heating not sitting outside in a short sleeved dress having supper.

Today I'm pretty much stuck in the office all day. I need to catch up on paper work otherwise I won't be able to treat Friday as my personal skiving day. I do like just dithering around on a Friday. So head down today and lots done.

Morning Y'all

Looks like it is going to be a nice day, which is good as I'm out and about this afternoon. It seems we are in for some more clement weather over the next few days. That'll be a nice way of easing us gently into winter.

Back To Work

Boo! I had such a good weekend it is depressing to have to return to work. Still have to keep the wolf from the door so there is nothing else for it but to get up and on with it. At least I'll not be stuck at my desk all day, I'm out and about all morning so that'll help ease me gently back into the routine.

Good Morning

What a beautiful morning it is,the sun is shining. The sky is as blue as a summers day. Perfect. As you know I'm off today so the weather is being very kind.

I'm off into town shopping this morning with my teenager. He has taken a bit of a stretch and really needs new clothes. Much to his disgust I'm insisting he comes with me to try on things. At the moment he is mumping around the dining room eating breakfast and complaining about needing a wardrobe update. I didn't have this problem with my daughter. She would have been asking for an increase in the budget because she needs sooooo much! Therein lies the difference between teenage girls and boys Had to bribe the 'midden' with the promise of a football shirt as reward.

As I'm not at work today I'm giving you the video of me getting dressed to go out on Saturday night. We went to a fabby Japanese restaurant on the Clydeside. Yen in the rotunda. The rotunda is an old building which used to house the workings of the ferry that crossed the Clyde many a year ago.

I'm wearing a full black bodysuit, black seamed hold ups, purple sequinned sandals and a purple patterned dress.

Morning Y'all

Well it's the September weekend here and I'm off Friday and Monday. So today is seams day. I'll upload the reveal video tomorrow and you can see whether or not you guessed them all right. I'll not be doing a dressing video on Monday as I'll be hopefully lying lazily in bed. However I will do you a video on Saturday night of me getting dressed to go out for the evening and upload that Monday when I eventually get out of bed :)

Guessing Game

Morning blog fans. On Thursday I promised I'd return with a game and here it is. The video below contains 5 clips of my legs clad in nylon. For each clip I want you to guess what I am wearing underneath my skirt. Is it stockings and suspenders, hold ups or tights?

It is a competition so there will be a prize: a pair of my stockings or panties, whatever your preference is. Answers can be posted in the comments section or sent directly to my ffsilkseams@gmail.com E-Mail account. The person who gets the most correct answers will receive the prize. In the event that there is more than one person with the most correct answers, I will put their names into my stocking welt and have one picked at random. The winner will then need to send me his (or her) address for me to send the prize to.

I will post the "reveal" video on Friday with the answers. The winner will be announced on Friday afternoon so I am setting a deadline of Friday noon (BST) to get your answers in. The seams video which is usually shown on a Friday will be shown on Thursday this week.

Hi Y'all

Well you'll be wondering what happened to the undressing video eh? Well it turned out that it wasn't a flat battery my camera had jammed. I didn't realise till I put the charged battery back in to do the undressing video. So I took it into the local camera shop and the lad there said he will have it ready for me Friday afternoon.

I will make this up to y'all by doing things a little differently next week. I have a few things I have been thinking about that I think are worth pursuing. So have a relaxing weekend and come back Monday for a little game.

Debris Galore

Looking out my bedroom window there seems to be a great deal of misplaced things all over the place. My patio area is devastated, thank goodness I had the presence of mind to listen to the weather report and remove the more delicate plants to a more sheltered spot. I just know we are going to be so busy in work today as a result. I'm duty officer today so I'll be manning the phones all morning and out on inspections this afternoon.

My battery died this morning halfway through so there is only a very short video this morning.

Maybe I'll make that up to y'all by doing an undressing video this evening. It's a shame for y'all to miss my big black boots. :)

Monday , Monday

Where does the weekend go? Whoosh and it's gone. Pity Monday mornings don't pass as quickly. I did have a really good weekend though so don't really have much to complain about when the piper has to be paid.

I'm pretty much office bound again today. Coming up for my yearly job appraisal so need to be looking at ways to justify my position. A bit of creative form filling is in order :)

Friday on my mind

I just love Friday. Not just because it is the end of my working week, not just because I get to wear my beloved seams. Nor because I generally socialise on a Friday, or the fact I finish at 1pm. All contributing factors of course but no I really love it because my youngest has breakfast at the table with me and forgets to be a surly misunderstood teenager and goes back to being my little sweetheart chattering away about his week. Ah simple pleasures.

Wet, wild Wednesday

Groan! Monday Again
