Did you miss me?

Had an emergency call in the middle of Wednesday night, my Dad fell and broke his hip. we got him into hospital where he eventually went through an operation to have a replacement hip put in. His consultant asked him if he deliberately fell on his dicky hip to jump the queue for a replacement. Trying to make him see the silver lining. He is doing very well and we expect him to be discharged at the end of this week. I'll be taking next week off to offer him support.

So in the meantime back to work. today I'm wearing grey bra and panties, grey patterned hold-ups, black full slip and grey high heeled maryjanes.

Good Morning

stocking fans. half way through the week already. I like Wednesdays both in work and in general. It just always feels as if the bulk of the week is behind you. Plus in work we are closed in the morning for staff training and team meetings. or in my case this week have a couple of quiet hours to get on with the more complicated bodies of work. I really enjoy getting my head down in a quiet environment and getting on with things. don't get me wrong the only thing that keeps me where I am is the interaction with Joe Public but I do like getting away from the maddening crowd occasionally.

Today I'm all nice and bright. Red bra and frou frou panties, red suspender belt, red stockings, black full slip, red dress and red high wedge lace up shoes.

Morning Y'all

I checked my calendar while in work yesterday and it's too full to take a holiday next week so I'm going to have to hold off for another week, boo! And the powers that be moan about me having too many holidays lying. I only had one entry for the following week so I've blocked it off and am taking my week come hell or high water.

Today is report day where we present our successes (and failures) to the board. Mines was submitted to my line manager last week so I would have time to diddle with it if there was more to be added or stuff to be removed, but wonder of wonders it was accepted first time. So today a a result I have chunks of free time. I should be catching up with admin but hey I think I'll skive instead.

Morning Y'all

Wow look how dark it is outside. It's seems to have become winter very quickly. Is it the end of this month the clocks go back? We sure do need the adjustment here in Scotland. Today I'm in computer training all day. I've been looking forward to this session as it is something I have been requesting for my team for ages. It' a nice small class of us so I should hopefully be able to pick it up in one session. Well that's what I'm hoping for as we have a modern apprentice working with us and no doubt I'll have to go over the stuff with her a few times if past training sessions are anything to go by. Oh the pressure hee hee.

I also have too many holidays lying so I'm thinking of taking a week next week if the roster is able to support that I'll check today and let y'all know. I'll use some of the time to maybe get some stills done, maybe some candid ones if the weather is kind to me. Anyway we'll see.

Friday Again

Hooray, I only work a half day on a Friday so I'm heading up to Oran Mor for a play, a pie and a pint. Haven't even looked to see what's on. I'm just heading up there to meet a friend, hopefully it'll be something worth seeing.

Brrr it is a bright morning but very cold and the weather man says it will get colder as that Artic front moves towards us. Hmm definitely getting time to pull out all the winter clothes. Not that I mind too much I kinda like the bright crisp mornings. Perfect for when I am out an about. Pity I'm stuck in the in the office all day.

Another day, another dollar as they say. I'm glad the rain has finally stopped even if it's only for a short while. I'm surprised there wasn't more flooding. Still it's a nice bright morning and I'll enjoy the walk to work .
